This morning my cat knocked over my fishes bowl and while i was looking at him after we cleaned up the mess lol, one of the fishes front fin thingys looks like its torn...and i dunno if he's hurting or what i should do...please help

A ripped fin isn't really a big deal at all. It will grow back given time. Watch it to be sure it doesn't begin to turn white along the edges as this would indicate fin rot has set in or that it gets fuzzy or cottony looking, which is an indication of fungus. As long as you keep the water clean you shouldn't have a problem with either of those things though.

If its torn its no problem, it will grow back in less then a week. but if its rotting thats a different story. If i were you i would toss it if the rotting starts. But dont worry it should be fine.

Take him to a doctor that treats fish. Truthfully, there really isn't much that can be done. Sorry. I don't think they have "splints" for fins...
