No...not a "lacrosse career"...don't be silly.

One of the gentlemen was set to have a job in New York, but was canned because of the case...that's what I meant.

The players should sue the county, the state, the university, the false accuser, the DA, and anyone and everyone, including Al Sharpton, Jackson and the NAACP that spewed hatred worse than IMUS ever dreamed!

Shame on the civil rights organizations. They should publicly apologize like IMUS did with the Rutgers basketball players. Will that humility happened? Ha!

I live outside of Raleigh NC. We knew from the beginning that this girl was lying. You can't imagine the damage this girl has done. Not only the the three men whose lives she ruined but to all the woman who will be given a rougher time when they report a rape. She should be ashamed.

I see the potential for a case but, I would think they would be glad to put it all behind them and move forward. They are too young to say she ruined a career, because the future is unknown, he would have to prove he would have excelled and been promoted accordingly and not have been canned early on due to budjet cuts or somethin else.

The school should reinstate them and give them a free semester. They should sue the panties off that bimbo. The DA needs to be canned too.

I don't think they should sue because the law suit will keep them in the media even longer. Right now, I can't name them or recognize them, but if they keep those guys on TV longer, more people will know their names and faces.

They could sue but it will be hard for them to collect especially from the girl.
I think they should get a judgement from her where she has to pay them each $1 every week for the rest of her life. The symbolism to remind her what her lies cost.
The University should pay because of their rush to judgement, they forgot the point of "innocent until proven guilty"

Yes. And everyone else who made a dime reporting the stories. It is getting harder and harder to protect the Constitutional rights of the accused, with a rabid media trying these cases.

And to the ones who think they were guilty, regardless of the acquittal, please consider this: OJ.

Yes. They should also sue the state and that ****** Mike Nifong. He should have his life ruined for his miscarriage of justice and his abuse of power and public trust.

People do need to pay the price for fabricating a case against people for politcal gain and greed. Something needs to be done about them.
