all of it,,,, just imagine, if tomorrow you made no choices, and continued that,, what would happen? you would lay where you are , and pass on into the next life,,,,,,,, also,,,,, choices we choose to allow others to make for us, whether by naming them or just by silence, are choices,,,,,,,,,
so even if you choose to lay there, make no decisions,,,,,, and the state came in and hauled you off to a metal ward and forced fed you to keep you alive, if you havent fought against the states right to do that, you made a choice for that to happen,,,,

It is mostly free choice with a twist--- the twist is that the choices are most often narrowed to "must do or else". An example: a person goes to work: yes, it is free choice to do so but the twist is, if the person chooses otherwise, there'll be no source of income to meet the daily needs of, and for, living.

Not much, once your mind has established who you are. Your actions are pretty predictable. Most actions are done without thought.

Unless you've gone through a religious epiphany, or taken mind altering drugs, most people really close to you will know what you would or wouldn't do given circumstances.

Try it out on your family , separately ask each member of your family and close friends what you would do under a given set of circumstances and you may be surprised to find 90 to 100 percent in one direction or another.

Try this, you're at a party and the most beautiful/handsome stranger approaches you and says, my place or yours. I'll wager your close friends would guess what you would do.

Try me out!

Everything, except bodily functions like your heartbeat which you can't change. We've all got free will and everything we do is our own choice. You choose whether or not you'll do what you're told. No one can make you do anything, unless someone manages mind control.

Free choice is beautiful, when we choose to do harm or cause pain and suffering to our neihbors and society at large
then this is when it becomes the cncerns of the community in which you reside. Or infringes upon what most see as morality......
