The closest black hole to Earth is associated with a visible star called V 4641.

It lies just 1,600 light-years from Earth on the way to the center of the Milky Way in the direction of the constellation Sagittarius.

The one associated with the star V4641 is the closest known one... it was termed a "micro quasar", because of the large amounts of X-ray activity being emitted. It's a solar-mass black hole (quite small compared to some), orbiting it's companion V4641, and likely slowly consuming it's companion as it orbits.)
