I have had two leep procedures and two children since then. It will most likely put you in the hi risk pregnancy category but it is certainly possible to get pregnant. You will be watched very carefully for something called an incompetent cervix. That means that your cervix could efface or dilate too soon because you had some tissue removed during the leep. I would see a doctor about not being able to get pregnant. Your leep would not effect your ability to conceive. I hope this helps. :)

I've had a leep proceedure.... I'm not sure if it has anything to do with fertility or not. I know that I was on b/c before and not after. I was married (to 1st husband) for 5 years and even went through fertility treatments and nothing except for one chemical pregnancy which ended in early miscarriage. Now, 8 years later (at age 35) I'm 13 weeks pregnant with no fertility treatments... Matter of fact was on b/c when I got pregnant w/ new hubby! Pregnant 1.5 months after taking the shot! I would ask your OBGYN about the leep.... And, also check your man's sperm count.
Very Best Wishes!

It depends on how much cervical tissue has been removed by the LEEP and whether LEEP or other cervical surgery has been previously performed. Keep in mind that complications affect only one to two percent of women who have a LEEP, but there is a slightly elevated risk of preterm labor. Most women do go on to have healthy, full term pregnancies.

The leep procedure does not make it harder to conceive as many of these wonderful people have answered. The question though you may need to find out is how your fallopian tubes are, and whether there is any scarring of the tissue, which can make it very difficult to conceive. Your doctor can perform a relatively simple (but invasive procedure) that can give you that answer. Beyond that, I would have your boyfriend checked out first, since his one check is very easy and not at all invasive! Good luck, and as always have fun at least trying :-)

Giving birth to a new life is indeed a blessing which almost every woman would wish to have. How to get pregnant naturally https://tr.im/pregnancyhelp
Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

Having a LEEP should not effect your chance of geting prenant either way. They are perfectly routine and should not change anything about you.
