I NEED TO FIND BACK GROUND RESEARCH ON HOW I CAN MAKE A BOTTLE SPIN BY ONLY MAKING HOLES ON THE SIDES OF THE BOTTLE AND LETTING WATER COME OUT OF THE HOLES

I don't know about a bottle a tin can is more practical besides the idea is the same.
Take a tin can and puncture two holes using a nail directly apposite from each other close to the bottom of the can. The holes must be align in such a way as make water leave jets shown below.

Suspend a can by a string, poor water into the can and enjoy the show.
