How do I feed my goldfish spinach, and frozen peas? Do I just drop them in?

You will have to blanch the peas before you feed them. Just put the peas in a little bit of water and microwave it for about 25 seconds. Then peel of the skin around the pea. I usually just squish it against the side of the glass so its easier for them to eat. For spinach just boil it before adding it to the tank.

Blanch them slightly to soften them and remove any tough shells (like on the peas) or tough stems (spinach) and just drop them in like you would regular food. You can find special clips at the pet store for feeding fish leafy stuff like spinach or lettuce.
