well i want to peirce my tounge but i dont want to go to the shop so can u guys please help and give me step by step oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh and can u also write wat i have to eat after i perice it thank u by the way im 25 years old

DON'T DO IT YOURSELF!!! why don't you want to go to the shop? If you do it yourself, there's the chance that you could hit a nerve or a blood vessel and wreck your tongue completely. Also, there's a good chance the piercing will get infected. Get it done professionally. They will pick the best place on your tongue to pierce, they'll use the right tools, etc etc. Make sure it is a GOOD place that you go to, because some shops are dodgy in the way that they do things.
Just don't do it yourself.

Don't pierce your own tounge! Get it done professionally! You may hit a blood vessel. If this happens, you could even die of blood loss! Just don't do it! By the way, the fact that you had to say you are 25, hints to me you are younger... Just go get it done by a pro and tell your parents!

GO TO A SHOP. i knew a girl who pierced her tongue and pierced a vessel and had to go to ER. a guy from my old school died of a bone infection caused by doing an unhygenic job piercing his tongue. It's not that expensve.
btw you have to eat soft/liquid food, like when you get braces.
