It depends where you are in Orlando. If you are in Downtown Orlando at night, you will have no problem. If you are anywhere on disney property, again, no problem. If you are at the airport, same deal, no problem. International drive is also a good place for a cab. Worse case scenario, call the Mears Yellow cab company. They are the major company that runs Orlando. they are usually there within 15 min after you call if you are in a location that usually doesnt have a cab.

taxis are very accessible in orlando. You just get one at the airport or your hotel.

well only at the airport to wherever you are going but you cant normally take a taxi in the normal places, but you could rent a car or ride the bus.
