I am trying to get this Mexican guy from eastLA to notice me/like me. I want to know what style I should dress/makeup/hairstyle. He is reallyy cute and funyy but I want him to think I'm cute. Thanks!

Don't change yourself or your style at all.
If you have to change the way you dress, act , or anything else about yourself for a guy to notice you it isn't worth it.
Because then the guy isn't really noticing the REAL YOU, is he?

Wear big round ear rings, shave your eye brows, then draw them back on, make sure you have bangs, wear high heals, maybe some tight white jeans... Oh, and study to become a pediatrician! X)
