That low of specs on a computer now that Vista has come out will be hard to find. All prebuilt computers come with Vista and what you are looking for with Ram barely meets minumum requirements, so manufacturers are not willing to sell that low unless you specifically ask someone to build a computer for you.

Dell has them but not much longer. Almost all new comps have 200GB of ROM and at least 1GB RAM.
You can also try your local comp stores. They will also service what they sell.

Many brand new budget computers have that as their minimum specs. I believe you should not have much difficulty finding one from most on-line retailers.
