Hording them as opposed to what? Expending them? And since they are secret nukes why on earth would they be listed as a nuclear power?

They are not listed as a nuclear power because they have refused to confirm or deny if they have nuclear weapons.

It is considered an open "secret" that Israel has nukes - everyone knows it.

They received the nuclear technology from the US, Britain, and some believe France.

No they are not really secret (since Vanunu went to jail for years for exposing their program.)
No they should not have them (because it increases nuclear proliferation in that area of the world.)
They got them from the US and France.
According to the NPT, the only officially listed nuclear powers are the US, the UK, France, China and Russia. That doesn't make it so.

So here is one more example of the huge hypocrisy of the US. Israel can have a nuclear program (undoubtedly funded and led by the US), even though they want to destroy the Arabs, but Arab countries can't have one because they are "evil". It is just amazing that people actually follow ridiculous beliefs like that.

Would you rather Israel "horde" nukes or use them? Israel has never admitted nor denied having nukes.

They have had them for decades with the help of several countries, but mainly South Africa if I recall correctly.
It has been out in the public domain for years now.
