For me, it would be too bizarre to go and sit
in a bathtub, or the basement, in the dark,
waiting for God knows how long, for something that's more than likely not going to happen. If it's not lightning, go call your Mom, your best friend, or another special person, chat for a bit and tell them you love them. Then go get a glass of Pepsi or a beer, or a shot of Scotch, and stand on your porch or at the window and marvel at nature's power, then...come on back to Y!A P&S. We'll keep the light on for ya.

The tornado sirens are going off here too, but I'm staying right here on my computer until the power goes out! They turn them on all the time here, it's sort of stupid. But if it's hailing near you, that means a tornado is on it's way.

If it were me I would be watching the doppler radar and outside my window very closely to see if the tornado is coming anywhere near me. If you don't know how to tell where a tornado is based on the doppler radar and looking outside then you should be in your basement (or interior first floor room with no windows), otherwise stay at your computer.

i beleive in the tornado safety videos they showed us at school they said this would be the best time to do any downloading from the net that you need to do as there will be fewer people on the net at such a time so you will have better download times and hey it might be a good time to go outside and catch a few rays to because at the center of the tornado things get real calm

LOL. Hate it!
