you`ll have to overcome the 5 inch handicap first. thats the five inches between your ears, sharpen that up, and you`ll find that no doors will be closed!

Well, if they try to slam it on your foot, it is best to keep your shoes on, as it will hurt a lot less.
In some cultures, you do have to take off your shoes to enter a home or a Mosque.
When running on the sand, taking off your shoes and socks will keep them from getting sandy. It will probably also feel good.

To get your foot in the door, accept an internship in the area you want for your career. Or take an entry-level position.

No, in fact I think it makes it more dangerous. Without shoes and socks, should you shove your foot through the door and they slam in on your poor little naked foot..ooowwiee!
