The President has the authority to formulate foreign policy, not the speaker of the house. PERIOD !!!!!!

CHARITY should have The constitution read to them. No where in it does it say that the Speaker of th House or the Congress as a whole has a right to speak on behalf of any nation including our own. Pelosi is merely making an attempt of brinkmanship. People should read the document instead of wanting something from it.

Don't you think some policy is better than no policy at all? Dictator Bush is such a spoiled brat that he wants everything his way. Well, this isn't Burger King he can't always have it his way. Some day he and his sheeple will understand that.

Whether Pelosi is right or not is irrelevant. She is NOT the President of the United States and therefore should NOT be making foreign policy trips or discussing foreign policy with other heads of state. It concerns me greatly that she is willing to overstep her Constitutional power and sidestep the State Department (the ones who actually should be making these trips) to promote her own political agenda.
