They are biodegradable so I would thing that you could at least compost them. Recycle? Probably not. What would they be recycled into??

As yucky as it sounds, I suppose it's theoretically possible. I think there are factories that use horse hoof trimmings for the gelatin that's available from them...they might be willing to take yours, if you collected them. Considering the quantities, I'm not sure you'd get much money out of it.
They also might work as a fertilizer...they are, after all, organic, and might offer nutrients for your plants.
