Im none of these qualities but please tell me how i can be
trust worthy...loyal....caring...loving...always got ur baxk...doesnt backstab....doesnt gossip about u....doesnt make u feell bad...always there when u make bad choices....hurt and all that

you just have to try. whenever you feel like you are about to do something seflish or hurtful just stop. you have to think things through first.
