Also, do you remember the paperbook called "Steal this book"? It was a book telling how to steal anything and everything. Even the book itself.

Yeah I remember the song, but not the name. I was born in '53. Yes, Steal This Book was by Abbey Hoffman. Yes, I sure do remember "X"avier Hollander who spoke honestly & openly about everything & anything pertaining to sex. What about Canned Heat & their song "Needle & Spoon"? I miss the fun we all had for $2 for a night of LIVE MUSIC & PARTY! These poor kids of today will never know what they missed. Dave, are you there? Dave DAVE! Ha! For the other user who asked about it being legal.... Our generation was the reason FOR the PMRC censorship that is in place today. We didn't care about no stinking rules! It sure wasn't illegal until they started censorship. It even got played on the radio stations & some didn't even bleep out the F word!

Was it legal for stores to sell a album with profanities on it? It must have been on the black market. I would think that is to way over like rated extreme for that time.
