Being bi could be messing up your chance. It may sound unfair, but lots of gays and lesbians don't like getting involved with a bisexual because they always dread the day when you'll say you want to be with the opposite sex. The bisexual expects everyone to allow it and someone always gets hurt. Sorry, but it happens a lot.

I am going to cover some of the questions in the responses first. "So there this BOY Danny...". Why would there be any question if the asker was a girl? Also... People who don't believe in bisexuals are retarded because everyone is attracted to members of both sexes to some degree. In my opinion there are no straight and gay people.
Now, to answer your question. Don't pressure your friend into doing something he doesn't want to do. You don't have to bluntly tell your friend that you want him, but you should hint at the fact that you do like him. If you only want him for sex, you should let him know so there are no hurt feelings.

There is no such thing as "bi or gay" for a man. Every "bi" guy is just "gay". Not that there is anything wrong with that.
The fact that others think that he might be gay doesn't mean that he is. Maybe he isn't, or isn't in to you. Sounds like you are about to enter the range of stalking. Oh and he doesn't "walk you to study hall", he walks with you...huge difference.
Since he clearly isn't into you, you should just back off and leave him alone. If he wants you he will come after you.

Just because of the way you speak about him, seems to me that u are more gay than bi and trying to get out of the closet. If you ever decide to make a move and tell him your feelings, you might get hurt and even loose his friendship (if there´s one) , so be careful on this. Wish u luck. And try not to tell everyone about your situation. It´s your only business and no one else´s.

Tell him you wanna do it with him, that nobody has to know about it and that you will be ok if its just this 1 time, even better if you ask him after a few beers, the inhibitions get lower with alcohol, he will be more receptive and open to try different stuff.
If he agrees, then you have your foot on the door on this... keep asking for more, just be careful in asking for a relationship, newbies don't like gay relationships.

Dude, here's my thought!
You have gone this far to talk to millions of strangers about the one you profess to care about. Why not back these numbers up say a million and talk to the ONE person who could make that difference.
If you get a 'rejection' chances are, he's not ready. If this happens are you ready to await his schedule or do you move on? Bet you haven't thought this far into the process. I'm actually willing to bet you've got yourself in bed with him already and that you haven't given much thought to anything else like - what will you talk about when you are not having mad passionate sex - or .. what do you do on your first week / month / year anniversary - or finally - whose place do you move into if this should work ? .. Have you given much else thought other than what you want to do with this guy if you get him to say yes ?
Question - WHAT'S HE SAYING YES TO ? You as a package or you as a fling .. have you given it that much thought ? I think you may want to.
However it turns out - good luck

spend time with him outside of school. get close to him on a more personal level. Go to the movies, high school games, football games, baseball games, have sleepovers, whatever you both enjoy. When he is closer to you he will be more willing to tell you if he is bi/gay or not.
The best of luck to you!!!!!

It would help if you said your gender, but here's an idea. Invite him to the movies or something like that. Then make your move. Maybe if you two go to an amusement park, you could pretend to be afraid and make your move then. You could hold on to him or something like that.

Be patient. Maybe he is not ready. But a little flirting cant hurt. If he goes with the flirting the the light is green if he doesn't he is just not ready yet.
