This was mathematically determined about a century ago, and has not been challenged since. The answer is, Hydrogen, Dueterium, Helium -4, Helium-3, and a smidgeon of Lithium. Since Dueterium and Lithium are rapidly and completely destroyed in the interiors of ordinary stars, the presence of Deuterium and lithium on Earth is said to be one of the ways the big bang theory is "proved". I am still a little skeptical, however. Maybe you should read "Stardust" by John Gribben. It is excellent.

You could view this in 2 ways - either all of them, or none.
Strictly speaking, the big bang created none, as it was much too hot.
But indirectly, the big bang produced all the elements.
Atoms (hydrogen) didn't exist until around 400,000 years after the big bang.
The rest of the elements we see around us are caused by nuclear reactions within stars making heavier and heavier elements.

Elements are a mixture of mass structure plus a space structure in between with the bulk of the volume consisting mostly of space substance.
Big bang has no real mechanism to prove how elements were formed at all points in the volume of the Universe.
Except one common point of mass structure dissipation which magically expanded into a volume of space in which no explanation is given to relate anything that we can touch.

It took hundreds of millions of years, when the first stars had been burning nuclear fuel, until elements heavier than lithium could form in the universe.
