Get yourself a good moisturizer! Also, when you do any kinds of facial scrubs, avoid the area under the eye because the skin around it is very sensitive and when you abuse it, you can get bags around your eyes. You can also get a slightly lighter colored concealer to put underneath your eyes as well. And 8 hours of sleep is the amount you should be getting! But try to get it all at once. 5 hours is not enough at night, you should try to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep at night! Try eating healthier foods to wake yourself up too! Eat nuts, they're good for your complexion!

ok...for the dry eyes go to your local opticians and ask them for some drops that help moisturise the eyes. The drops are sort of a fake tear drop, this should help with the itching.

for the puffy eyes. try using a pile cream, i know this sounds really really nasty but it helps. Preperation H is a good one, it helps bring down the swelling. Cucumber is another that can help wake the eyes up.

It is probably allergies. It is pollen season. Try taking an antihistamine. You could also try using Preparation H cream up under your eyes. I know it is a hemorrhoid cream, just make sure it is a new tube that has never been used, and don't get any in your eyes. It works. I am not crazy.

Sounds like you are talking about me! LOL! YES!!! This is more than likely allergies. Mine do the same thing when allergens are high. There is a possibility that you may have a sinus infection as well. If you have pain in your face, forehead, etc... then make an appointment with the doctor.

Well lots and lots of stuff can trigger "Puffy Eyes". We always used to use "Cuckumbers" Cut into round pieces, about 1/4" thick....and put on your eyes about 20 min. maybe 30 min.....and then proceed with your day...... At 16 or so,,,, its highly un-likely its wrinkles to worry about...... So having said that,,,,just go and do and thrive and just "BE"........be 16.... lol Don't worry so much about that small stuff. You are fixable... lol :) :) :)
