Simple. Go back to court. You don't even need a lawyer. Just fill out a form (clerks can point you to which specific form). State on the form what you are wanting (how much $) and why. Take it to the clerk and get a court date. You will need to mail him a copy.
Just be sure that you have provided him with all appropriate documentation. The judge will enforce this in a heartbeat.

Start by sending him a summary of the expenses he owes. Include documentation from each doctor/dentist/hospital visit, if you can get it and documentation that you have paid your half.
Tell him that you need his half by a certain date, or it will start showing negatively on your credit history. Let him know that, if you don't receive the payment by that time, you will have to bring it to court.
Then, do that, if you have to.

The only way to force him to pay it is to take him to small claims court, you will need documentation of every expense. The judge will add it all up and order a judgement against your ex for his half, you can then use this judgement to garnish his wages if he still refuses to pay.

Having been via divorce in illinois recently, the commonplace formula for infant help is a usual 20% of the non-custodial discern's earnings. if your husband and his x proportion their time the two, and there is no "custodial discern" named, then each may well be required to pay the different 20%, and because that's a wash, no person will pay. notwithstanding, the actual answer on your question could be interior the dissolution of marriage and or spelled out in the settlement settlement. At 50k according to 300 and sixty 5 days, 20% may well be approximately 800 money according to month, so it variety of feels as though a dollar volume replaced into spelled out in the settlement settlement, which supersedes any "standards" set via the state you reside in. If she desires to choose for the total 20% she'll would desire to teach that his earnings is larger than her earnings and that the agreed volume does not sufficiently conceal her expenses. enable her talk all she needs, in the event that they make the comparable volume of money on their own, have the toddlers equivalent time and pay 50/50 on all the youngster expenses (which they might desire to be besides) then she may well be an fool to take him returned to court to invite for extra, as there is an spectacular risk that the decide does not replace something, there's a reliable risk that the decide might get rid of the youngster help all collectively because of her making only as much as him (which, btw, shop a watch on that .. if her earnings turns into extra advantageous than his .. slightly payback is achieveable in case you adult males had to combat it out), and there is an extremely poor risk the decide might improve the quantity of youngster help that he's paying. additionally, it may well be my suggestion that if she threatens to take your husband to court, then remind her that with a view to get that she desires to be a custodial discern, and ask her how lots her existence might replace if she replaced into required to have the toddlers, pay for day care, and the extra advantageous nutrition, outfits ..etc... if she had them the "usual" volume - monday via friday of each week, plus another weekend. If she have been smart she'd understand that day care expenses on my own may well be extra advantageous than she'd recieve extra advantageous in infant care, and she or he'd in all probability would desire to discover a distinctive job which ability much less money .. etc. in specific circumstances whilst everybody is placed to the try to shown what they are fairly talking approximately they are extra keen to settle for what they have already got.

Yeah, you need to take him to court for that. He should be paying at least half of your child's medical expenses.

The only way to get it is take him back to court. Of course you will have to hire a lawyer and pay the expenses, but you can get what you are after...money.

Send him a certified copy of the unpaid portion and request payment that is what I do. IF he does not pay it contact your local child support office they can deduct this from his paycheck if that is how they deduct the child support. If not you can go back to court to have it enforced.

You have to take him back to court to make them get it and if he still not pay they will take actions. you could contact a lawyer first and see what they can do.
