You need to be a little more specific. If someone's suffered from euthanasia, they're already dead. Euthanasia of a pet? or a person? being the victim or the family member who has to choose to pull the plug?

You can't suffer from euthanasia, euthanasia is the putting down of a chronically ill or injured animal in a merciful way to end its suffering.

Euthanasia means mercy killing. People are killed because they are too old or too sick to go on. Cases of euthanasia are almost non-existant in the US. I would not want to get involved in mercy killing.
We have law enforcement agencies who handle such matters if and when they occur.
