I open my email when I get up in the morning and I use Yahoo Beta and just open another tab and surf cause Yahoo Beta let's you know when you have an unread email so I don't have to keep checking. Then I close it before I go to bed.
I really like the Yahoo Mail Beta.

Often at work since most of my work is through email. At home rarely cause I DO have better things to do since at work I can check it all the time.

its always the first thing i check when i jump on the computer but sometimes i go days between.................so i'll say abouto.5 times a day

i check it once a day...yahoo warns me when i have a new mail so i don't have to do it all the time
