if they are telemarketers...the FCC just opened up the cell phone directory to the common use public. The # can be gotten by anyone. I tried to post a question and comment on here last2 weeks but kept getting violated for it. Sorry I tried.

Someone else may of had your cell phone number before you and never told anyone they got a new number or phone.

I was getting the same thing, and getting charged for them, like $150.00 one month. I called Cingular, my carrier, and they put a block on my cell phone. I don't get them anymore.
