Here's a list that I have typed up. They all have something to do with romance, and yes, I have watched basically all of them and since I have seen the same ones and you and love those you have listed, I believe these will interest you too. If you want something like Full Moon, then watch Fushigi Yuugi, they have the same ending. The person who wrote Marmalade Boy is the same person who created Ultra Maniac, and Marmalade Boy reminds me of Hime-Chan's Ribbon slightly, so give it a shot.
Kare Kano - fully romance
Peach Girl - fully romance
Paradise Kiss - fully romance
Hana Yori Dango - fully romance
Peach Girl - fully romance
Bokura Ga Ita - fully romance
Marmalade Boy - fully romance
Da Capo - fully romance
Kaikan Phrase - Romance from about mid-end
Suzuka - pretty much romance, but not 100% romance image
Fushigi Yuugi - romance comes more towards the end of the series
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne - romance comes more towards the end of the series
Ouran High School Host Club - not too much romance, but a little and has good rating
Vision of Escaflowne - fully romance (not deep until towards the end)
Cardcaptor Sakura - seems childish, but has romance (not deep until the end)
Tsubasa Chronicle - little romance throughout, more adventure and sci-fic
Puchi Puri Yuushi - romance, but not from the very beginning
NANA
Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch - romance throughout, but seems childish even though has a lot of male fans as well.
Pretear - romance, but uncertain feelings in the beginning, ending is romance.

Romantic, Comedy, and school? I have a few suggestions:
-Ouran High School Host Club:
Haruhi ,a poor scholarship girl at a rich kids' high school, is forced to repay an $80,00 debt by working for the school's all-male host club---as a boy! The series focuses on Haruhi's relationship with the most popular boys as she works to repay her debt. There are many romantic implications and quite a few comical moments. I highly recommend this series. It has a total of 26 episodes, but the manga continues beyond as well.
-Kare Kano: His and Her Circumstances (kareshi kanojo no jijou)
Yukino Miyawa is a high-school girl whose never known anything but the praise of others for being the perfect (girl) student and doesn't want to change it--but what happens when she's knocked off her first-place throne by a new guy?
Enter Arima Soichiro! Handsome (hot), smart, and kind. Yukino is enraged by his sudden appearance, and believes that he's trying to challenge her. From then on, (for Yukino) it's nothing but a fight for top place.
What happens when Arima confesses his love for Yukino???
A hilarious love-comedy. The series mostly focuses on Yukino's and Arima's relationship, but the series also turns attention to the other characters in the series and their (love) lives.
-Aishiteruze Baby
Seventeen-year-old Kippei Katakura is a teenaged Lothario who could usually be found with a bevy of girls surrounding him, but who is never serious about anyone or anything. Enter his five-year-old cousin Yuzuyu. Her mother has disappeared and her father has recently died, leaving her at the mercy of the Katakura family. Reiko, the eldest, is appointed guardian to Yuzuyu, a role she readily relinquishes, rather forcefully, to Kippei. To the surprise of many, especially Reiko, Kippei takes to Yuzuyu immediately, and eschews his previous lifestyle with little protest. From making her obento lunches, to taking and picking Yuzuyu up from school every day, Kippei proves the numerous naysayers wrong by diving headlong into parenthood, which, as he discovers, is not without its pitfalls.
Kokoro, Kippei's classmate and long-time crush, who had long ago dismissed the possibility of a relationship with him because of his womanizing ways, begins to see Kippei in a new light once his relationship with Yuzuyu becomes apparent. Now Kippei has to learn how to balance between school, his growing relationship with Kokoro, and the responsibility for Yuzuyu, and somehow manage to maintain his sanity.
If you're looking for a new kind of shojo, I recommend this one. It's hilarious and fun to watch :)
-Paradise Kiss
Paradise Kiss is essentially about a group of 5 students who struggle with their love life and their future in the fashion design industry. The lead character, Hayasaka Yukari, started out as an ice-queen type of a character who wanted nothing to do with the other students when they ask her to become a model for their design. She, however, quickly becomes entangled with the group when the group's leader and main fashion designer, Koizumi 'George' Jouji, shows a personal interest in her.
(Another storyline involves one of the group members called Sakurada Miwako)
in my opinion, it's (simply put) friggin' awesome. The characters are awesome, the storyline's great, and I love all of it. It took me a little while to get used to the art at first, but now I love it too ^.^
-Marmalade Boy
Miki's parents leave one night for a college reunion, and come back with a set plan to divorce and switch partners with their old college sweethearts. Miki hated the idea from the very beginning, but she begins to accept it over time (very slowly). Everything seems to be falling in place for the parents, until Miki begins to fall in love with the boy who is going to become her new stepbrother! What will Miki do now? What will their parents do?
The series focuses on Miki and Yuu's relationship, and some surprising obstacles. A very interesting shoujo anime, and I can't help but watch it again and again. It's a pretty awesome series.
-School Rumble
A funny school romantic/action show about the yanki (a term normally associated with a student/someone who goes against school rules/is a rebel/stereotypically carries a wooden sword or picks fights in animes) Harima Kenji, who tries his best to win the affection of a girl he saved, named Tsukamoto Tenma. Of course, Tenma-chan has her sights set on another boy (Karasuma), and has no space to notice anyone else.
The series is focused on the hilarious things Harima does to try and get Tenma to notice him, while at the same time she's coming up with her own schemes to get Karasuma.
(note: there are two seasons that I know of for this show)
-The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu)
The series is seen through the eyes of the male main character Kyon.
Kyon, a reasonable and logical-thinking boy, is thrown a fastball as soon as he enters high school. After believing that aliens, time travelers, and ESPers do not exists, he runs right
into Suzumiya Haruhi, who declares at the beginning of the school year that she has no time for "ordinary humans" and that she only wants to hang out with time travelers, aliens, and ESPers. Surprisingly enough, despite their differing views, Kyon and Haruhi can't help but seem to be connecting in some way. Shortly after meeting, Haruhi decides to make her own club: the S.O.S. Brigade (too long for me to say what it means ^.^;;;;). By random means, the club comes to gather three new characters: Asahina Mikuru, a shy upperclassman(/girl/woman/whatever); Nagato Yuki, a quiet girl who likes to hide in the corner and read most of the time; and Itsuki Koizumi, a care-free kind of guy who gets recruited by Haruhi.
Everything seems to be entirely coincidental to poor Kyon, until the other club members begin to say otherwise....
not a whole lot of romance, but there is comedy, and this anime is also another one I highly recommend. I just finished watching it, and I can't help but watch it again.
- Mahoraba ~Heartful Days~
Shiratori Ryuji wants to become a picture book writer, and he moves to an apartment, Narutakisou, in order to go to an art school in Tokyo. Narutakisou is an old Japanese style one-story house which doesn’t fit in urban scenery. It is owned by the cousin of his mother, and the manager of the apartment is Aoba Kozue. She is his second cousin, and they met with each other when they were children although he doesn’t remember her much. She is in the second grader of a high school attached to Aoba Junior College. Upon their first (although it's really their second) meeting, Ryuji instantly falls in love with Kozue-chan and how innocent she seems. Soon he comes to learn her secret that all the residents of Narutakisou have known for a while: Depending on how embarassed Kozue-chan gets will determine what new split personality she suddenly becomes. How will Ryuji cope?
Not really focused on school life, it has lots of romantic comedy as Ryuji tries to get along with all of Kozue's different personalities. This is a really unique (to me, at least) storyline and I love watching it ^.^
Hmmm.....that's about as many I can think of off the top of my head. If i think of any others, I'll be sure to post them for you ^.^
Hope this helps!
