When I was a child on holidays. I think your childhood is the most carefree time of your life when you don't have to worry were the next crust is coming from.

Leaving a bar, feeling pretty high,walking into a humid night,taking my shoes off and heading back to the car. Sudden summer storm soaks me, steam rising from the sidewalk and road...then I'm being lifted up, spun around and kissed by a particular guy for the first time...............in vino veritas.... yeah, yeah...I do know the correct term is not steam, but it was some sorta vaporous misty stuff...........and I felt good !!

I can remember when I was 17 how free I felt being on the bridge driving from St. Pete to Tampa. Those were the days, off to party and not a care to hinder me.

When I was in school, high school and earlier, it was waking up on the first day of summer vacation and realizing that i had the entire day open to me and did not need to worry about school.

It has to be my childhood b/c at that time we don't know what worries are, no responsibilities, no bills, no work , no nothing, just playing and having fun. Our biggest problem then would be we didn't know what to do next. What I wouldn't do to go back in time.

Getting woken up by my 2 year old daughter in the morning with a sloppy...very...wet kiss.
Love it....
.....then she opens my eyes with her fingers and says...'helloooo dadddyyyy'....truly heaven on Earth!
