Last week someone keyed my car & I found more marks today! I'm pretty it's someone who goes to school with me. It's my second week driving to school and I'm already dealing with some bs. What should I do? I want to tell my school but I know they won't do much about it.

Is there anyway I can catch the person who keyed my car?

Ask the school's security/police department to watch the car or put a camera in the area.

First of all, inform your school. They need to know that something like this happening. They probably have security cameras and if they find the person, you can hold them accountable or their paretns. Aslo, the person who did it would more than likely ger expelled.
File a police report, and get it on record. Then turn it in to your insurance company, and get estimates on the repair cost. If they do find the person, then you will nees ot know how much to ask for in damages.

You could start asking around in school too, I'm sure someone knows what happened but getting them to talk may be another thing. Good luck

I would try either
1. Park father away and walk some to discourage any attempts,
or
2. Park out in the open, and see if you can find a pattern when the key marks appear, and then be out there when you think the person is coming.

Hope it helps.

PS: Talking to the school might discourage further attempts, or get you labeled a snitch, or both.

Here's a link to some videos showing how to repair those scratches. Saves you having to fork out the money to have a professional paint job. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Also, you can try parking in more of a high traffic area or in the view of security cameras.

Call the police department immediately. They'll file a report so you'll be able to hand it to your insurance company. If you have compressive coverage you can have it repainted. That's the bottom line fix to your unfortunate problem.

Place a camera into your car so that you can have the chance to prove who that is.
Good Luck!

take pics and go to the police, if they dont do anything about it-go to the d.a.'s office. after taking pics ask people around where it happened if they seen anything, this way you could possibly have a witness
