Not that many times because I have learned that I may not be able to keep the promises I make so I don't make any. With me there are no promises unless I am completely sure I will be able to keep them

More than I can count. I've tried to keep all the promises that I make because if you don't then people will began to not trust you.

All the freaking time. Some I wanted to keep but couldn't, some I didn't have any intention of keeping. Some I simply changed my mind on.

yes, i surely did...i was suppose to go visit my friend in florida...and i have promised this to him like 3 times...for the past 3 years...and still havent taken my BUTT down there..i think hes a bit upset right now!

hopefully i dont do this much. I would rather not make promises, unless i know for sure, however, ther has been a few times.
