The most children born to one woman is 69, I can't find any info about the most born to a couple (don't if those 69 kids were all with the same man). This person was a Russian woman who gave birth to the children between 1725 and 1765.

I am not too sure, I am a bit foggy, but i beleive it is 67 or 69. There were many many sets of twins, triplets and quads, not many singular babies were born.

believe it or not= 69. I believe the woman was from asia, but the most interesting thing is that there was never a single kid born at one time- always in multiples of 2, 3 or 4. hope this helps! :)
