As a member of the Good Luck Patrol, I've been ticketing all those evil good lucksters I find.
The Best Wishes Baxtards are kind of a new problem so we haven't the funding to go after them yet so all we can do is harass them for now.

Why would that be an insult??? I always say good luck to people and it's because I mean it...I hope they have luck in their certain situation.
