what kind of program is it that they used in men in black when that one guy was wathing his ex wife on the computer and it had good picture and she was actualy moving thanks

Observational sattellites, that of coarse no one will own up to. With the scope I use, I can read a vehicle tag number from three miles away, the scopes in question being used by the government, can read the same tag from 15 to 25 miles away. Don't look up big brother is watching

They used the Spyglass T-3J satellite, with a number of sensors including a 1:5,000,000,000 resolution camera. Equipped with both visual & infrared capabilities, it can view heat sources through relatively thick clouds, or recognize faces from 1,200 miles away. It orbits at 840 miles, so it's within range of a target for longer periods of time than other spy sats.
