You can use the trick Dr. P. Which you can call Dr. Pepper. The Dr. stands for Decimal and the P stands for Percent. It will help you transfer from Decimal to Percent and vis versa. So you are going from Percent to Decimal so you would move the decimal point two places to the left and you would get .037.
