I put vynal lettering on my car for my business. I run a green cleaning business, and I put the website on the back window, but this is the part I'm worried about: I put "Go *Green*" B/c its a green business.... do you think its dorky? Your honest opinions are desired!

Free advertising is always good. And the fact that you're helping the environment at the same time is even better. Who cares if it's dorky, you're telling the world that you're an entreprenuer and care about the future of the planet. I say you're awesome.

Even the smallest lettering will attract attention (which is what you want). My advice would be to be tasteful, not tacky. Maybe lettering the same color as the car or trim, in an elegant font (but not too hard to read) and not tiny but just large enough to read from the next car back. Logos are usually nice looking, You probably don't want to drive a billboard aroundso avoid large block lettering.

I think as long as it helps your business you should do it. Get it done by a pro in a tasteful manner. Also, I hope you are putting it on a vehicle that is environmentally conscious. An advertisment for a "green" business would seem ridiculous on say, a Hummer.

Dorkiness is not as important as your motto's ability to catch people's attention and stick in their minds. That is what you are aiming for. So your slogan is probably fine, provided you have your phone number with it and something to indicate what you mean. Good luck!

lol, it's cute how you can't speel. Vinyl, sweethart. But I don't think it'd look stupid. But no one will know what you're talking about. I'd think you're talking about Michigan State University's basketball team or somethin, green's their color.
