as if I always want to beat the crap outta someone, punch stuff really hard, go through a course where you have to sprint, dive, climb, etc. It's like a feeling that I need to accomplish this stuff and do it. And, no I don't have anger management lol. I don't have this feeling out of anger. It's just there. And just to let you know, I have never actually beat someone up or punch them because I don't like starting anything or being mean. It confuses me and I don't know why I feel this way. I play soccer and I let it all out there, being aggressive and sprinting to every ball, every play; being part of the game. But this isnt enough. Help!!! What should I do??? Oh, yeah, I'm also a 15 year old girl.

you really should try a martial art. like jiu jistu. it is grappling (or ground fighting) and it is amazing. you train so hard and you are able to get all of this pent up energy out. you will work your *** off to be better than someone, and it will take some time to get that way. all i can say is that jiu jitsu sounds like the perfect solution for your situation.

It seems as though you are just adventurous and are lookking for some exitement. I am the same way. I dont exactly understand the puching someone thing, but oh well. as for accomplishing things, there are places like in after school prgrams where you go on small field trips after school like rock- climbing, bungee jumping, obstacle courses, races, lots of fun, competative things!!! I do it at my school, and it is sooo much fun! I meet new people, and hang out with my friends. we all support each other, but always set some kind of friendly competition.

Find something you luv, and STICK WITH IT!!!

(there are also adventure camps in the summer which would be perfect for you!!!)

HOPE THIS HELPED!!!

Its sounds like your frustrated with everything in your life and that you use physical force to suppress that frustration. Which is very common around your age of 15. But luckily you ha vent taken this force and use it against somebody (not yet) I agree with my man down below take up marital art and they will teach you self-discipline.
