No. But there are lots of paranoid "conservatives" hearing voices they swear are those of liberals doing just that. It is a sign that said people need to increase their medication dosage.

This is, of course, a semantics issue.
Some of us believe that leaving Iraq without some kind of decisive victory against the influx of terrorists, and without stabilizing Iraq, is tantamount to surrendering to terrorists (not to mention being judged by the world court for leaving Iraq open to Syrian or Iranian take-over).
And if you are not interested in hearing the flying "neo-con lies," then why ask the question?

Of course not.. Americans may be a lot of things.. some even hide out so not to have to serve.. Bush comes to mind.. but most Americans.. would never surrender willingly.. Nope, don't think so.

I know one person who is not only surrendering to terrorists, but actually cooperating with and supporting them.
It is broadly understood that the Saudi government is the main supporter of the Iraqi Sunni insurgency. Most U.S. casualties in Iraq occur in Sunni areas, at the hands of Sunni insurgents. Furthermore, most of the foreign fighters in Iraq (many of them affiliated with Al Qaeda) are Saudi.
Yet, because of the Bush administration's single-minded focus on Iran and the comparatively less offensive (and for the most part, Iraqi government aligned) Shiite militias, they find themselves in the fascinating position of trying to bolster and support the Sunnis - and that now means supporting the Saudi efforts.
This plays DIRECTLY into the hands of the people who are the bigger "terror" threat in Iraq. Yep, George W. Bush is the biggest pro-terrorist that I know of.

No, they never use the words, "surrender [sic] to terrorists." But I know many who willingly and knowingly advocate methods that amount to the same.

Were supposed to roll over and just obey Bush and Cheney. Willingly and with no questions asked.
I think that answers the question.
