MMMHmmm, at last I know something I can answer! Baked chicken flavoured with some lemon slices and some rice . . . none of the Uncle Ben malarky tho. . . boiled to perfection . . . .Oh and a miniture Mars bar to finish with

Chicken marinated in honey, dijon mustard, indian curry and ground orange peel. Spinach soufflet with mushrooms and dried tomatoes. Mixed green salad w/ walnuts and vinegrette dressing. Mixed fresh fruit.

Pasta in cheese sauce with salami and lots of garlic, and the cheese on the top was all crunchy and yummy!!
