Well it's not so simple. It takes a lot to "fix" an entire country. Just because someone is looking for a better life somewhere else doesn't mean they can't be proud of their heritage and that they don't have intentions of "fixing" their own place. You've got to have something (i.e. an education, money, etc) to "fix" the place.

I by no means condone them coming here illegally. I think there should be fence to keep them out. They are breaking the law and they should be punished. The can apply to come here legally. With them breaking the law, it makes it more difficult for people from other places who want to come here legally.

I think Mexicans are proud of the heritage and can you blame them? What other nationality are they going to be proud of - caucasion, black, indian? When you have every other nationality in the universe chanting - think China Town, black panthers, etc. - what do you expect? Now, as far as fixing the economy in Mexico - how would you suggest they go about doing that? You can hardly even get heard here in America! I am not happy about the immigration system or the new breed of gangster either, but the problem lies in ALL cultures and not just Hispanic.

They can't.
They have elected a government that is led by tyrants.
The military is a criminal organization.
There police forces are criminal organizations.
Those coming to the U.S.A. make themselves criminals by doing so but can't possibly be a bad as those running Mexico.

They need to be educated about the Marxist - Socialist - Communist political system they have elected. It promotes disorder in Mexico so they can't get a grip on the situation.

You know that is true when you consider that they always have massive demonstrations on May first each year.
May first is the International birthday of Communism and ALL demonstrations on May 1st are organized by Communist front organizations.

Funny how the same people that are complaining are the ones whose ancestors crossed an entire ocean to take this land from the Native Americans. If that wasn't bad enough, they physically dragged the African Americans here to cater to them. . .Now you're upset because they're crossing a thin river to get back to where they originally had as their home, makes no sense. And why is it easier to target the Mexicans, when we have Colombians, Asians, and all other countries coming into the U.S. through Mexico? Last I heard, "Thou Shalt Love Thy Neighbor."

They are proud of their heritage, not their country which is overrun by corrupt government officials and drug traffickers.

Basically, they've given up on that prime piece of real estate and chose to move up to see if they can try again on ours. If they can make it without everything turning out like it did back home, great.

But....it's not looking too good for the home team.

i doubt if many of them are very proud of Mexico.. what is to be proud of..the country is run by drug dealers.

however, the question could be asked of us too.. if we are so proud of the U.S.,,, and I think we are.. why are we not fixing it> Why are letting this corrupt government to go on and on?

i think the answer to both is ... lazy!

Greed impels the worst in people. Such is the nature of a capitalist standard we have set up globally. No wonder it's one of the seven deadly sins : greed.
