They are not coins but medals. A series was made of all the postmasters, a medal for each one. There were more made by private mints for different events. It would have been nice if you had described what was on each side. With out that info all I can tell you is they are medals not coins. Hope this helps some. Value depends on finding someone that collects that type of thing. They could and do sell for a few dollars up to maybe $10 if rare and you find the person who needs it for their collection.
