Well obviously not physically he's too lazy and unitelligent to set them up properly but he would have overseen the operation; keep it in the family and all that.

If we are on conspiracy theories I still support mine, that Moveon.org and George Soros planted the explosives to win back the left, and somewhere Rosie was involved but I haven't got confirmation.....
