Sorry about your problem.
Your bike sounds like garbage LOL
Is the exhaust pipe glowing red?
The flames coming out of the exhaust and the glowing pipe, says it's running to lean.
Contact me for a carb trouble shooting guide. It'll explain what needs to be changed, to correct specific symptoms.
Like "nitro6two" said - are you running race fuel? Or did someone play a joke on you and add cox model airplane fuel? Drain the gas tank and put in low octane regular gas.

Guardrailjim emailed me your video, it is pretty amazing. The fact that your bike won't run with the choke off means that you are of course running it with the choke on and dumping alot of excess fuel into the cylinder all the while holding it at high rpms thats why your pipe is getting so hot. First thing you gotta do is clean your carb, especially the pilot circuit. Jim has offered to help you with specific carb info, I suggest you take him up on his offer, he has been around awhile and knows what he is talking about.

holy sh*t bro!!!!!!! wtf!!! thats knarly whatever is going on with your bike! the pipe was red hot!! GEEEEPERZZZZ. i have know idea what could be the problem behind that. i would guess and say that 1.) your air fuel mixture is way the heck leaned out. 2.) maybe a serious valve adjustment is required, maybe even a tooth advanced in cam timing or something from over-rev? hard to say but it definately is beyond all conception of normalcy! are you running jet fuel? or just super unleaded? try premium gas no race gas, and maybe a little colder spark plug? i gotta down load that clip and show my buddies. best of luck with that one bro.
