Michael Jordan is overrated as a DUNKER because he was the best player of all time. Vince Carter has thrown down the best dunks (in game) that I have ever seen. Plus, your question says the best dunkers in the NBA, which means Spud Webb and Michael Jordan are not eligible because they retired. That being said, taking only current NBA players into account, I would consider Jason Richardson of the Warriors to be the second best dunker in the game, while Josh Smith of the Hawks ranks third.
