Come on! 144 to win - any decent team should have finished the chase in like 30 overs itself. What on earth are England doing??? Ok, they may still get the crucial 2 points to add to their qualification tally - but their net run rate is going to suffer very bad when it will come to the crunch games over the next week. Do England realize that?

Simple, England is playing horribly for the following few reasons:
1) Their batsman (excepting Pieterson, Collingwood) aren't at all performing excepting one-off performances.
2) Their bowlers aren't just taking enough wickets (forget Bangladesh match).
3) They are playing with 10 men with Michael Vaughan not scoring runs, he is their non-playing captain.

How can they do well this way?
I still don't understand why they don't make either Joyce or Strauss open the innings and keep Bell at No. 3 instead of tinkering with the order. And why not utilize Ravi Bopara a bit more with his bowling. A player coming in at No. 7 with an average or 20-25 is just not worth his place in the team for his batting.

Though England have won the match against Bangladesh, it was not at all a convincing win as they struggled to get to the modest total of 143 runs. I do not know whether it was because of tight and excellent bowling of Bangladesh Spinners or due to the lethargy of England Batsmen that they had to struggle for a win in the match which should have been won easily with many overs to spare.

Give the credit to Bangladeshi spinners who bowled really well throughout this tournament.
