IF YOU ARE FROM YAHOO AND ARE ASKING: Giving some of the top contributors the ability to delete some of the asinine questions and/or answers would be a great start.
IF YOU ARE A CONTRIBUTOR ASKING: Report the abusers, and explain what is the problem when reporting it. I understand that everyone has their own point of view, but when your question or answer is there to cause pain or humiliation to another person or group, then it does not need to be on the site.

I agree with evilhomer. I am so sick of these people that ask nonsense questions to waste people's time and give even more nonsense answers just to gain points. I guess all you can do is keep reporting them for now until something changes.

Get rid of all the reporters and snitches. That would make yahoo answers better and all the regulars would come back.
