As well as many other new foods I've tried to introduce them to. I've had them for about a month. Is there a way I can encourage them to eat vegetables other than leafy greens and hay?

Introduce new foods slowly and only one at a time.
My specific advice on the carrots is to get some baby carrots, chop them up. and mix them in with the leafy greens. They'll eat around them, but may munch on one or two along the way. Once they get used to them, cut them in larger and larger pieces until you're giving them a full baby carrot.
You also may eventually have to come to the realization that they may not like carrots.

Wow,I cant believe your guinea pig wont eat carrots! Mine eats carrots,cucumbers,apples,oranges,celery,and the food for guinnea pigs that walmart sells,but his favorite is still lettuce.And he likes eating the lawn,just make sure if you put yours on the grass it hasnt been sprayed with harmful chemicals first. I would just offer your guinea pigs a variety of treats,but if they dont like anything cept hay that would be ok,Here is a website that lists vegetables and fruits you could try and feed them...

My one guinea pig is very picky, she would only eat kale and apples nothing else until 3 years ago (she's almost 7) when I got another pig who would eat other things like carrots, grapes, orange, and celery. Now she nibbles on carrots and grapes but still wont touch the orange.

do you eat all your vegetables??? my rabbit won't eat raw potato so I don't give it to him. make sure your guinea pig eats cabbage every day for the vitamin C or he can get an arthritis like condition.

Maybe its something like the packaging or smell. Try diff. brands of carrots etc.?

guinea pigs are like people they don't like everything, just keep trying new things maybe you'll find somthing they like.

do you eat stuff you dont like? maybe its not a vegan.
