Ok i heard today that Virgie is going for custody of daniellelynn because the bahamas outs the grandparents before anyone if one of the parents die . and because daniellelynn is a bahama citezen the state has say who gets her. is this true

That hearing is to be Friday!!! Virgie will not get that child, she can keep on wishing and go back to her hum-drum life in Texas!!! She is nothing more than a gold digger!! The only chance in he!! that she had at getting Dannielynn was if they did not determine who the father was!! Thank God they found out Larry is the father. Anna would turn over in her grave if she knew Virgie even laid hands on her baby girl!!!!!

No she is not going for custody, she said this yesterday after the paternity of Dannielynn was revealed. She said she just wants to be grandma. Also, why would she get custody, Larry Birkhead is a fit parent (i.e. salary and living arragenments are what is looked at) and is the biological father. If both parents were dead, then Virgie could go for full custody. Also Howard K.Stern said he will do anything to get Larry Birkhead sole custody. No judge would probably allow Virgie sole custody because she was estranged from Anna Nicole Smith.

Please let me begin by saying.....the Bahamas is not like
the USA, just because you are born there does not make you
a citizen.....You must petition citizenship, which Vicky Lynn did
aka as Anna Nicole and was denied.... Dannylynn is a
Bahamian resident not citizen......
I tend to think that grandparents do get custody only if it's
proven that Larry is unfit......and so far he is sqeaky clean other than bad judgement getting involve with such trash......
I do think thag Larry is a sensitive man and he will let
Vergie be part of his daughter's life.

I hope she never has anything to do with that child. half the reason Anna Nicole probably ended up the way she did was because of her mom, and there's nothing like a mother's maternal instinct to protect her child. The fact that Anna Nicole was so adamant about not having her mother involved in her child's life-WHAT-SO-EVER- show's something. her wishes should be respected. She never even came around until after Anna Nicole's death. Money-grubbing-b*tch!!!
