Vice-President Cheney is more savvy about Foreign politics because of the jobs that he has had, ie, Secretary of Defense
and as VP!!!

Every policy Cheney has promoted has been a disaster. If he was only an adviser to the President or if he had a more limited role in decision making, it would not have been so bad. But Cheney's been the real decider, the one who's pulled Bush's strings, and he's been wrong, dead wrong, most of the time.

I don't know what Gore's role was in foreign politics, I believe Clinton did most of the policy - setting. Clinton's State Department, headed by Madeline Albright did the diplomacy. In retrospect, they all did a great job, and they were SO under-appreciated at the time.

What we need to keep in mind that Mr. Cheney was probably selected as was Mr. Rumsfeld, for their knowledge of foreign politics, especially where it dealt with war and military.

I vote Mr. Cheney as my answer, but like him I don't.

Gore is more educated with regard to foreign policy. Cheney's strength lies in war strategy.

Dick Cheney knows all of the other shadowy figures of the world....him and his old buddy Donny Rums used to sell arms to all the rest of the doomsayers and warmongers. So if you mean in dealing with foreign scumbags, Dick is the best for it, because he is most comfortable with his own kind.

As for the rest of the civilized world, Al Gore is better.

Go watch Gore's ranting screeching tirade against Bush to the group Moveon.org(you know, the "AAAARRRRR!! HE BETRAYED THAT NATION, AND PLAYED ON OUR FEARS!!!!) speech, and you tell me.
That cute little global warming activist who got rich from tobacco and strip mining. What a hypocrite, and what boobs to have voted for him.

Neither. Not that Bush isn't smart, he's crafty. But he's no public speaker.

Cheney talks and just lies come out.
