Last time you went for gas did you fill it up or ask for a $10 or $20 worth?

I always wait until the gas gague shows 1/4 tank or less. Then I fill up all the way. I don't usually just get less than a full tank. I know the gas stations in my area, which ones are cheaper, which days are cheapest to get gas on. If gas were to go over $3.00 a gallon, I might consider getting only a quarter tank, or filling up when I'm only half empty, instead of almost completely empty. But the thing is that you don't really save money that way, because you end up filling up twice as often. That's why I fill up completely when I get gas.

The last time was this morning... and I filled up; mostly because I wasn't paying attention... and let it get away from me. It hurts to spend nearly 57 dollars to fill a 17 gallon tank with the mid grade fuel. I prefer to just put in 20 bucks.... I know I have to do it more often, but it just feels like I am spending less..... .

I filled up just today, for a whole $31 dollars and some change. I got 11 plus gallons. But before that I put in only 25 even.

I always fill up. I hate getting gas so I try to space it as much as possible. It's usually $35-$40. And it hurts. When is gas going to get reasonable again?

I jsut limited ,yself to $20 worth. I barely use any gas anyway and the prices are too much for me to fill it up on. I have a budget to stick to
