i beleive in magic as a matter of fact i know quite a few spells and i have an apprentice who is also a freind but for certain things you need to have a certain percent of magic energy and some of them are perfomed with hand signs some with words and some with the power of the mind alone and the more you practice the higher your m-energy will become and the easier it will be to cast spells they will teach magic at the swk once its up and running also not all spells are evil like alot of people think in fact there are some that use the power of love and love can unlock a whole new level of power then there are some that are evil but we wouldnt teach theses at the swk

I used to think the ancient beliefs and writings on magic were a load of crap based on the primitive thoughts of races with inferior intellect and knowledge to what we perceive we have today.
I don't think that any more. I think that were it not for Christianity we would still be harnessing Nature's power and the power of the Universe to our own good. I believe all the new-age thought and practises that have sprung up this century is a rediscovery of this lost ancient wisdom.
Try having a read at some of the stuff here.

Well... I really, really want to believe. I really do. But I just can't. I think to much about things that happen, and won't leave it alone until I have and answer that satisfies me. Maybe there used to be magic, or there's another dimension with magic in it. I can't believe in magic, but I can't not believe either. I'm torn.

That depends on how you define magick? Because if you define it as something that exists but cannot be explained by rational, scientific evidence, then definitely. It exists all around you at all times. One might say that is the nature of the soul. However, if you're talking about people doing tricks in the street with cards and coins, then, not so much.

I'm not a religious person as such, but I know for a fact magick exists. Don't ask me how mind, or why, its' wierd. My Fiancee is a wiccan mind, but for want of a better term I've always been able to...feel it...almost. Its' not always flying cats and lightning from fingers, but there's a lot that can be done that few people don't know about.

No religion on earth can exist unless its adherents believe in Magick by its true name or a name they assign to take the place of true name, Magick.

The motivation for working magic is unlike superstition-it is not fear, it is the desire to understand.

Sadly, no. But I wish it did exist.
My Grandson does 'magic' tricks - mostly it's sleight of hand, or well-practised tricks.
