Homeopathy treats the patient not the disease or disorder. By the symptoms you have given here, in Homeopathy her medicine seems like AGARICUS MUSCARIUS, can you please give more details and symptoms left arm and right leg with burning numb feeling are all found under this remedy. To make sure that AGARICUS MUSCARIUS is her remedy I need all of her symptoms and modalities from head to toes, physical and mental. I don't think Allopathy has an answer to this. Please post her details or email me, I just have to reconfirm that it is the right remedy by matching up her complete symptoms with the remedy. And don't worry she will be doing fine a few days.

Take Care and God Bless !

Consulting a neurologist and an orthopaedic surgeon is a must who will most likely get x ray of her neck and lumbosacral spine done. Even if they remain OK arrange for swimming (best exercise for her) and hot bath. At some places arrangements for hydrotherapy is available where she can do certain exercises in a big tub or pond filled with warm water, that would be better. At home at present ask her to lie in prone position on a single bed side wise so that her head neck and both shoulder with arms hands hang from one side and her legs from knee or better from hip joints hang from the other side and ask her to relax in that position for 2 mins initially at a sretch and do it for say 3 times daily, then increade the time gradually as she can tolerate say after 3 days to 4 mins and so on to sar 8 mins at a time. This will gradually release her nerves and shooth. If she can not tolerate the process should be more gradual. hope she will be alright.

I get craps in my legs, arms, shoulders, back and where ever the muscles decide 'gottcha' so what I do is take 'SleepSense' at night time along with two 'MSM' caplets. The sleep sense helps to relax and let one get sleep. and the other is for arthirits. I hurt the muscles in my back some years ago, and I got the 'MSM' to help heal the muscles and the sleep sense to help me sleep at night. Lot better than sleeping pills. Only once in awhile will I get cramps and aches. When that does happen I just take two MSM.

I had always had leg numbness in my right leg and numbness/burning in my hands. I saw a chiropracter and I found out I had a stretched nerve injury in my neck from a previous car accident (5 years ago). I have seen him for almost 2 years now and the numbness has left me except during strenous exercise. Does your mother have a history of diabetes in the family? These symptoms really sound like nerve injury or damage. Along with western medicine always look for herbal or natural remedies that can help with pain and inflammation.

sounds like nerve compression. altered sensation in her hand could be coming from tight neck muscles. nerves from the spine travel through muscles in the neck and into the hand. it could also be from tight pectoralis muscles or rib#1 being raised - which also compress the nerves.
the burning sensation in the leg also sounds like nerve compression. make note of the location (back/front/side) of the burning/tingling. this determines the nerve that is compressed. **do not rule out the possibility of a circulation problem. muscles and nerves both need a healthy supply of blood to effectively work. a physical exam is needed to dianose diabetes, ateriosclerosis etc. a qualified massage therapist can treat hypertonic muscles and trigger points.

your mother's problem is between the lung and the heart. this cannot be proved by the existing mechines. your mother would have had palpitation of lung, any sort of urinary problem ie oftern urinating feeling but less urination, urine drops or dryness etc. the fire element should be connected between the leg and the hand of opposite sides.
I personally challenge that I can cure this within days permanently.
for results contact 98427 55945 and ask for therapy to taste the feel of it. Our treatment is Puncha Boodha treatment in India

Homeopathy is the only answer as far as I know, my best advice is go and consult a good homeopathic physician. And I would pay special attention to Soul Doctor's answer the guy knows his stuff the remedy he has suggested AGARICUS MUSCARIUS has the symptoms you have mentioned in your question, check it out in the Materia Medica.
Best of health to your mother, i hope she gets better soon. I am not a doctor, but I know how well homeopathy works.

my mom gets burning sensations in her limbs due to nerve damage in her limbs which is caused by her diabetes. These symtoms could be caused by a variety of things tho, and im no doctor. She should make an appointment with her doctor asap. Numbness as well is caused by poor circulation and other things.

Your mother is experiencing what seems to be neuropathic pain, and that's permanent. It can be managed, but she's best to see a doctor who specializes in chronic pain. 2+ years more than qualifies as chronic. She simply hasn't yet seen the right MD.
